Weekly Events

Genetics, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Colloquium (2017-18)

qBio Seminar Series (2017-18)

Systems Biology Career Development Seminars (Spring 2018)

Monthly Events

San Diego Bioinformatics Users Series (SDBUS)

Systems Biology Club

San Diego Bioinformatics Users Series (SDBUS)

We meet monthly from 4-6pm in BRF II room 2A03

San Diego Bioinformatics Users Series (SDBUS) is a joint collaboration between the Center for Computational Biology & Bioinformatics (CCBB) and the San Diego Center for Systems Biology (SDCSB). Our goal is to create a dynamic environment where faculty members, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, industry leaders and anyone in the San Diego bioinformatics community are welcome to host lectures, workshops, and network with each other on a monthly basis. Talks are always free and we ask that presenters focus on hands-on applications such as tools, coding, or anything that fosters audience participation. Please subscribe to our listserv to be notified of upcoming events and check out our past events here.
